The red sandstone precursor to the Taj, sitting in a perfect charbagh garden that glows at first and last light. Restored to almost uncanny beauty; the side gardens and Isa Khan's octagonal tomb are quieter than the main axis.
Enter at opening time and walk to Isa Khan's enclosure first - you'll have a 16th-century garden to yourself.
