Overview
A tiny 1940s counter near the Chandni Chowk metro that sells exactly two things: dahi bhalla and aloo tikki. Both arrive drowned in cold sweet curd and tamarind chutney, and both have queues that move with assembly-line speed.
There is no seating and there never will be - eat standing in the lane like everyone has since 1940.
