Overview
On the Dariba Kalan corner since 1884, frying thick, desi-ghee jalebis in enormous iron kadhais. These are not the wiry jalebis of sweet shops elsewhere - they are fat, syrup-heavy coils sold hot by the kilo.
Ask for them taza, straight from the kadhai, and eat them walking into Dariba Kalan's silver lane.
